"FALSE ADVERTISING. I purchased a carbon fiber hood. The add states "Guaranteed fitment: if the product doesn't fit as we said, we will cover all the shipping and handling for return and Full Refund". The hood did not fit. I called and advised of the fitment problem and stated I would be sending it back. I received instructions and the address to return it to. A week after they received it, I called to follow up onmy refund. I talked to "Tony" who claimed to be a "supervisor". At first, he refused to refund the full amount. He insisted their policy stated I had to take a picture of the hood (?) I asked him to read their return policy. He had no idea what it stated......I asked to talk to a supervisor, he insisted he was. He put me on hold, came back and said he was told to handle this so he would refund the purchase price but not the shipping. I, once again, referred to THEIR policy but he refused to discuss this any further. Optionracing DOES NOT honor THEIR own policies. They state "your satisfaction is our priority". They are deceptive and dis-honest and the customer service is flat out unacceptable. "
