new management is great!

"Been buying from Opp for awhile and they recently have gone under new management. Patrick is great and has plenty of parts in stock. Some stores sell product especially high end racing parts but these guys stock them! "

Surprised!

"Well given the existing reviews I was very concerned with the order I was needing to place.
I called and spoke with a rep there and was informed that the US warehouse had just moved and the director of operations was let go because he was found taking money, charging things and not sending orders, not responding to email or phone calls.

I felt a bit better and placed my order. I asked it to be shipped cheaply as it was not a rich to get and I still got my order 2 days later. Shipping was exactly what the USPS site said.

I will be back to pick up some other items for my Ducati!

Recent experience went well, despite bad reviews!

"So I recently bought a brembo master cylinder for my 1199 . The guy who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a less expensive product as I am a newer rider but wanted to upgrade my brake set up. The stock master is super squishy in my opinion . Ended up talking to the staff for a while . Found out they had a rotten manager who did not show up for work or answer calls . So some of these reviews seem valid. My experience was really positive looks like Oppracing.com has turned a new page . I would suggest contact them to see if they are willing to make things right! I own my own business and I have been scammed by my own staff so I kinda feel bad . Good luck

OPP RACING - STAY CLEAR!

"Terrible customer service, unauthorized transaction, weeks without communication (email & phone), full voicemail constantly. Absolutely one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had! Will never purchase on this site nor dare to advocate for them. Save yourselves the headache and loss and utilize a different vendor!"

"Website looks legit, payment seems legit, confirmation, etc.

3 weeks later...No response to phone calls or emails. Opened a dispute with Paypal and they havent responded to Paypal either.

STAY A WAY!

"Was waiting on the part of months.Most of the time did not pick up the phone or called back after numerous messages.Promised a refund. Never happened.
Called after six months to get my refund and they promised the part. So I agreed. They used all the excuses in the world.We are busy etc. the parts are here but in the box. Instead of them calling me they asked me to a follow up with them? WTH, where is the customer services.
now going on 8 months still not part. Called my credit card to open dispute.


Seems like one man ran operation.

Went on other motorcycle forums and seems to be a same story with many others.

Stay a way!

Beware of OPP Racing.Stay Away!!

"I ordered brisk spark plugs for my bike . Item was the wrong part according to brisk, it caused my bike to cut off. I waited a month for plugs than 2 broke from me trying to remove caps. I ordered another 2 just to find out it doesn't work in my bike when I install them. Now it's a big hassle to get a refund. I will never do business with OPP racing"

"I ordered 1 brisk spark plug to be shipped to Canada for $22 cdn.I requested lowest cost shipping,that said it was $10 us for shipping,i was charged$28 shipping ,$50 total, i love Brisk pkugs, but i dont know anyone that would pay $30 us shipping for 1 plug.The worst part was you didnt add shipping to the cost of my order online,i found about the $30 shipping on my mcard.I have ordered a big box of parts from rocky mountain mc,handle bars,ufo plastics, filters,brake rotors,piston kit, barkbusters etc,( a pleasure to deal with) and was charged $30 shipping,it arrived in 4 days to Canada,would recommend Brisk plugs from Magnum or amazon,but NOT opp racing,the reviews are terrible...it doesnt get much worse than opp"
