"A few years ago we switched to direct tv then dish network with no success with either. The quality during wind and rain was horrendous and there is no phone or internet access. We switched back to cable. The only thing I don't like is the new box per tv. The quality of the tv,phone and internet are very good and the optimum wifi helps at times. "

"Have ordered quite a few things from Optimized and always had no problems. But the last time, when I ordered 2 'mini toslink adapters, I only received 1. Called their number and gave the gal that answered the phone my order number and the info that I had only received one of the two items. She said that they would take care of it. Never heard anything back from them, and didn't receive the second adapter. Didn't feel like wasting my time pursuing the issue for $5 bucks, since the second one was going to be a back-up anyway.
