Ops-Core wasn't even listed on ResellerRatings but seeing as how they're the manufacture of the product, I took the chance. I'm glad did because the experience went perfect.

The item shipped the day after I placed the order and I received an tracking number by email. It arrived in a bubble mailer which was fine seeing as how it wasn't fragile. The chin strap worked perfect and had clear instructions on how to install. Ops-Core did a great job and I recommend them to anyone needing a quality chin strap replacement.
