"BUYER BE VERY AWARE!!! All went well at first. I ordered a 7ft, 1 piece fishing rod at an almost too good of a price. I decided to order it. Pretty fast shipping and even more surprised that this was shipped via 2nd day air for free. Now here is when things go bad. On the day that it arrived, I found a much shorter, 3ft box on my door step. I was confused as a 1 piece fishing rod can not be broken down and the rest of the model line that I ordered only come as 1 piece rods. I opened the box to find, though nicely wrapped up, the rod I ordered broken into 3 pieces. How can anyone in good conscience sell or ship something that is obviously broken? What kind of scam is this? I contact Open Box Savings, which is only by email as there is no phone number! The only good spot about the customer service is the response time, but that is it. This is all they wrote: "Please see attached prepaid return label with instructions. Thank you, Open Box Savings Support" No apology or acknowledgement of the gross error. This was the first and last time I buy anything for them. I was willing to give them another try if they had just said "Sorry for what happened."

"They sent out the item and the post office returned it back to them due to it was missing some shipping information. I sent them a e-mail to let them know on what was going on. There reply was that they always get the information right, and I looked over the address i gave them and it was right. To what there reply was that they will just refund me the money ones it will get back to them. I tried to tell them to call the post office and have them hold it for me. To what there was no reply at all. There customer serves is very rude and no help at all. it was over 2 weeks now and nothing yet. Id be very carful buying from them."

"Stay away from this retailer! I bought kitchen island stools that swivel and have height adjustment. They rated the quality 5 stars. Describing that the box was open and merchandise returned, but like new. Claiming you could give the product as a gift. The product came dented, metal bent, leather torn and scratched. A screw was even broken off in one of the seats. I expected the stools to be less than perfect, but not in that horrible shape. To top it off the company won't respond to my inquiries to return the product. I am disputing with my credit card company. On the upside, I bought 2 of the same prouct from Wayfair and am completely satisfied."
