Another bit of proof for my "customer support is trash" theory.

"I was trying to setup the device this company sells but getting stuck in the setup process. We called customer support, the first guy we talked to was actually quiet good even if he didn't solve our problem he at least sounded like he wanted to figure it out. The person he redirected us too when he couldn't figure it out supposedly had a higher level of knowledge, they may have done but it they were less helpful the "lower level" support. When they directed us to a setting in the computer and we told them we couldn't find it they just kept telling us to find the setting. They also sounded like they couldn't care less if we figured it out. All in all not a good experience, although the first person we talked to gets 5-stars for caring."
