"I used to love buying from Onvia. The one problem I had with a product (an expensive monitor with noticable dead pixels), they cross-shipped a new one even though it was a few days outside their 30-day return policy.
Unfortunately, they seem to have gotten out of the business. They are now some sort of business-to-government contract service. They turned their computer sales over to insight.com. This listing should be removed from reseller ratings as they no longer sell computer hardware and software.
Luckily newegg.com came along. :)"
