"Fake products shipped from Hong Kong! I had no idea until the package arrived. No wonder they were the cheapest."

"Order was received in a timely manner, however perfume bottle was damaged to the extent that I was unable to spray it without it leaking all over the place. Onlineshoppingx offered me an 8% discount to keep the bottle. When I declined the offer and demanded a replacement ASAP, their reply was for me to pay to ship it back to Hong Kong with ridiculous shipping requirements and only then would they send me a replacement bottle. A reputable company would have shipped a new bottle immediately and arranged to have the same shipping company pick up the damaged item with no cost to me and very little effort on my part.

Since then, my husband has done what he can to fix the bottle and I truly believe it's fake perfume. Scent doesn't last longer than 30 minutes.

Don't bother with this company. You'll be sorry if anything goes wrong with your transaction because it will be you shouldering the loss, not them."

"Awful behavior!! think twice

I had a very unpleasant experience with Onlineshoppingx.com . Placing an order went smooth i would say, but then things started to go strange. i received an email that was a mistake in with my order, so i place it again. the only small change is that they will not charge anymore in USD, but "it would be better for me" to charge me in South African Rand. The twist is that they use their exchange rate, so my checkout amount increased by....25%!!!

luckily I figured this out before placing the order. But after this, of course no one bother to answer to my email where i asked why they did that.

So be aware: at checkout they might just change the currency and you and up with a very nice extracharge!!"
