"I have bought hundreds of Ametek solid state timers over the last 10 years. Ametek changed the design in 2018 and the timers would no longer work for my situation. I went back and forth with Online Components and they assured me nothing had changed. I finally had to go directly to Ametek's product design team to find the correct information. Yes! They had changed, and no they would not work for me, it was not my design but a change in theirs. Of course, now I have 30 timers (~$1500) that are worthless to me, but they won't take them back because I've had them too long...as a result of their incompetence. Never again."
