Proceed With Caution

"I placed an order on Nov 30, 2015 for a single, lightweight item. While their website states that they strive to get every order out in 2 business days, it took them a week to get mine shipped out. Then it took nearly another 2 weeks for the package to arrive. (In comparison, an item I ordered from abroad at the same time using standard shipping - it didn't even have tracking - arrived earlier!) For a similar shipping charge, USPS Flat Rate could have been used with a guaranteed faster deliver. Just know they use a low-cost, long-delivery-time provider.

Once the item did arrive, it was damaged. I immediately photographed the damage (the same day the item arrived) and emailed the OnlineCatholicStore.com via their Contact Us form on their website. After a week of no response, I emailed them again. Now, a month later with no response, I emailed them again. I finally received a response apologizing for the damaged product and stating that they'd be refunding my puchase. A few days later, the refunded posted to my credit card.

Proceed with caution if deciding to purchase from this merchant.
