Three times I got product delivered, three times the corner(s) were bent and in one case a big ole seam/dent was in the middle of the sheet. The third one was in areas I could hide so I just went with it, dented and all.
But, customer service was amazing! They asked for pics, which is reasonable and I provided immediately. In turn, they immediately shipped out a replacement. No request to return dented product - just a quick replacement arrived in a few days. I wanted to get a little frustrated but how could I with such great service and apologies from customer service reps. "
