"I have ordered a new set of tires the Michelin's 245/45-17 Pilot sport A/S plus for my BMW 525xi I definitely got the best price,I got the best customer service. In the beginning, I was hesitated because of the bad reviews but then I noticed that all the reviews were written on older dates and the customer service guy told me that they have a new management for the website so they can process the orders in a better and faster way.
My tires are great and were manufactured in late September this year so I got literally a two month old tire. I recommend these guys for everyone but I would also recommend calling in the orders instead of placing it on the website. Or place it on the website and then give a call to follow up on it."
"i ordered a tire on october 25th, paid for the cheapest shipping option, and it was delivered to my door on 10/29! The shipping company called me beforehand to make sure I was home to get it or to make sure they could leave it in a secure place. But keep in mind I live in west LA, so shipping to me is probably going to be quicker than if you live out of state.
More importantly, the total price i paid including shipping for the tire i wanted was $10-20 cheaper than other online retailers (I exhausted my search of all the online retailers).
I was a little weary of buying from this company when i saw the ratings, but my experience was wonderful!"
"I rarely filled out a review for a company, but this time I had to. I Placed my order on Tuesday (paid through paypal)ask the guy when I should review my order, he said "Its coming from out vendor and you should receive it no later than Thursday" i said "perfect I need them for the weekend." Long story short, 2 days pass and I don't receive a tracking number. I call customer service first guy ends the call while i am on hold, next guy puts me on hold and transfers me to another. Finally i get an answer "you will get you tracking number today (Thursday) at 6pm." As soon as I get off the phone, i get a notification from paypal that onlinetires has just taken the money for the tires??? 6pm comes and no tracking number, I call back Friday and relate my issue again. Same answer "you will get a tracking number by 6pm".
I received my tires the following Monday, not horrible late, just not what was promised (as i live in california and the tires were coming from california)
Next time i will make sure to not order tires from online tires again, mainly because there customer service was such a pain to deal with. Some online tire store do price matching, i would go that route next time."
"I placed my order at onlinetires.com and they immediately followed up with an email stating that they no longer had those tires instock and the manufacture discontinued the tire. They offered another tire from Yokohama that I did no like so I asked if they could get me another tire that was actually more expensive than the original tire I ordered and they said they would give them to me at the price I paid for the first set and they shipped them out next day and had them here within 3 bisiness days. I talked to a rep named Jesse that was very helpful and prompt. Best prices and great customer support."
"I was a little worried about buying tiires and wheels online after reading a few mixed reviews. Yet, my purchase was followed up by a phone call and a couple of emails from representative who wanted to be sure if I wanted the tires mounted and balanced as we'll as confirming the threads for the lug nuts. the shipment showed up on my doorstep exactly 7 days from the date of purchase. The wheels were as expected and the Nexn Roadian Tires were quiet and smooth. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my experience. I'll be using online tires in the future mainly because they were by far the best price for a quality tire. "

"Ordered by calling and speaking with Josh, he confirmed the tires I wanted were in stock and that they would ship the following day. They did ship the following day(thur) and I received them the day after that(fri) so a total of around 48 from phone purchase to receiving the tire. I am located around 30 miles away in Hollywood. The price I paid on the tire size (225-45-18) I wanted was ridiculously cheap compared to every other site! They are currently the only American site selling Mayrun 500s I suggest checking them out. I'm very happy with my buy and will be ordering 2 more tires on my next check, I could only afford 2 at moment."

"I found these reviews after placing my order and nearly passed out thinking I'd made a horrible mistake. My experience was great. A tad bit slow on getting me tracking number but otherwise I got the tires in time for my out of town trip I'd planned and badly needed to replace two dry rotted tires. Saved $100 over the best price in town. My order was for two Bridgestone Turanza EL-400's to match the others on a recently purchased used Civic. YMMV as they say."
"This is my fourth order with them. At this point I'm truly wondering how a company can stay in business with customer service this poor. Each time I order the tires are out of stock. Each time shipping is a bit slow. The reason I keep going back is the price. I see a lot of people talking about TireRack. Well, they aren't much better. TireRack is a complete ripoff. I have a relative that used to work for them and they add 100% commission to each tire. Therefore, a tire that costs them $100 is sold for at least $200."

"I rarely leave reviews, but thought this time was necessary. Here is my feedback and review of onlinetires.com: I have a regular tire shop in Anaheim, CA I deal with. I needed two tires for my car and my usual shop wanted $300 each. I called onlinetires.com and they sold them to me for $197 each. I called my "guy" back at my usual shop and he said, "Go ahead and buy 'em. You'll never get 'em. You'll see." Well, I did get them; just a few days later - and save over $200. Looks like I found a new tire shop for my needs."
"I placed order for tires and a couple of days later, I received email from them saying the item is out of stock and backordered with 6-8 weeks estimate arrival. I do not understand why don't they just put "Out of Stock" / "Back Ordered" on item page before customers check out.
The prices were very tempting, and that's why I took a change and decided order from them. But as expected, they wanted suggest me different tires that are in stock (that is, higher priced ones) when I called to cancel my order."
