"This company is HORRIBLE... Please do not even attempt to deal with them. They gave us the wrong motherboard, then told us to send it back so they could replace it.. well, this was the start of the run-around with them. They are Extremely hard to get ahold of.. and when you DO get a live person on the phone.. they LIE LIE LIE. We are STILL waiting for them to refund back to our credit card the money for the motherboard and processor we SENT BACK, yes we have a tracking number on this and proof. NO PRODUCT... NO MONEY. .THEY RIP YOU OFF !! AVOID AVOID AVOID"

"BUYERS BEWARE!!!! This company is OK if all goes well but if it doesn't they will not stand behind their products. They delivered to me a product that was obviously damaged pre-shipment. The inner box was smashed but the outer box showed no sign of damage, there was plenty of packing material protecting the product. They would not replace as they blamed the shipping agent even though it was obvious damage was done before shipping and I didn't get it back to them in 14 days. At the time they didn't care the 14 days were past and issued an RMA# but when faced with having to replace the product they wouldn't. They also have not returned the damaged product to me. I will be contacting the Ohio Attorneys General office to report this company and there underhanded practices. I doubt anything will come from it but beware!!! Lenny is there head man and he's a lying S.O.B. Don't believe a word this man says. He's two-faced, rude and obnoxious. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! They have good products at a reasonable price but BUYERS BEWARE!!!!"

"Sent the wrong Motherboard and DOA at that. Ignored all E-Mails. Phone never answers,So much for this so called company. Now the Manufacturer is no better (PCchips).That was the Motherboard that died in my wife's PC that was less than a year old. They kept telling me to contact their RESELLER. I kept emailing them telling them I'm not getting any response from their RESELLER but they gave me the DEAF,DUMB and BLIND act.They take your money and send any garbage they want."

"Credit Card was charged/never received tracking info. Lied to about the circumstances repeatedly, emails went unanswered. I was told the server was down so I couldn't get a tracking number. Told it was shipped by FedEx, yet FedEx has no record of the shipment. Stay away from this dealer."

"I orderd a dell 940 all-in-one printer,copy and scanner on 3/19/2004 at 3:32 pm they charged my visa card 59.68$ it is now 5/17/2004 and i have no printer and i have not ben payed back. This company did send 2 printers to me that did not work and told me they would refund my 59.69$ but I have not reseved it as of 5/17/04 they like to lie on the phone and do not return e-mail"
