"This site sold me someone else's tickets, the person in the box office at the event informed me that this is a scalping site!!! I spent $650 on 2 tickets for this event, Face value of the tickets was $177 each, they sold them to me for $258 each!!! Plus an $118 service fee!!!??? I called them about atleast 20 times and left messages and they never returned a single call. How is this site even still up an running??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only gave one star because ) was not an option. Thank god for my bank and being able to dispute this matter, otherwise I may be driving cross country to Texas to handle this by other means. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!!"
