They purchased one of my books on E-Bay and kept delaying payment until after the deadline for non payment had elapsed. Therefore I could not press any charges with E Bay against them and I was out the fees to Ebay for selling. "

"I tried to buy a wallscroll from them online, their website has tons of products listed but you are not told if they are in stock or not.

I took a chance and decided i would buy a wallscroll from them, i paid via paypal with a credit card and got the recipt number and everything seemed well at first.

1 week went by and the item did not show up anywhere. I decided to contact their customer support and ask them on the status of my order.

another week went buy and there was no reply from their customer support so i e-mailed them again asking for the status of my order.

yet another week went by and when i finally checked my e-mail i was surprised to get an e-mail from paypal saying the merchant had refunded my money via credit back to the credit card.

when i checked my credit statement there was no refund to be found.

since then i have not heard from paypal OR the merchants customer support and it looks like i am out of the money i paid for the item.

Be warned that you should NOT buy from these people, seek your items at a more trust worthy merchant."
