"I had purchased a few items from One Click Direct and waited a few days and noticed that the charge fell off my card. I called to check on my order and the guy I spoke with said it was in the warehouse and should go out that day and he would call me the next morning to verify that and let me know what was going on. I never received a call back and my order still said pending. When I called them back the next day they said the item was backordered and I could cancel the order if I wanted. Very poor communication and broken promises."

"I am absolutely appalled at the freight company who delivered our game table today. My husband is disabled, walks with a cane, but the delivery guys absolutely refused to bring the table into our home, even for an extra fee! They left it sitting in my driveway so we are unable to bring it inside, unpack it or verify the condition of it. This for a $185 delivery fee! I immediately called customer services during regular business hours, got a machine and never got a call back. We waited 2 weeks for the delivery of this table, and now I have to hire people just to bring it inside. Disgusting."

"Amazing shipping time, customer service, and price!!! I just bought a Toto S300 bidet from them, after spending days trying to find the best price. They beat everyone else by a substantial amount. It was such a good deal, I was concerned that it was too good to be true. I placed my order after 11pm on Monday, and it arrived within 72 hours, on Thursday. It shipped UPS Ground from Ohio to VT, so they must have shipped it the next day. There customer service is top notch, too. I called on Tuesday to change my shipping address, after realizing I used my old info, and they changed it with no problem. I would definitely shop there again."

"I ordered a pair of bar stools. After waiting 8 days, I went online to check the status, which was "pending". I called them to see what the deal was and the customer service rep told me the item was out of stock and there was nothing he could do. I don't mind that they were out of stock on my selected item, however, I received zero communication. Is it that hard to keep your customers in the loop on their purchases? I'm pretty sure if I never called to find out what was going on, I never would have received a courtesy email or phone call. "

"One Click Direct was great to order through--I ordered the Chef Pepin Slow Cooker, and the cutting bossed board. It was extremely simple to place the order online, and my order came in when expcted! I do plan on ordering from them again.

"I ordered a product 2 weeks before I needed it. After my 5 bussines days I called the company to check on my order and it had been misplaced and not even processed yet. They promised me a rush delivery and I would receive it in 2 days. 3 hours later the company emailed me and told me the product I ordered was out of stock and there was nothing else they could do and they had no idea when more of the shipment would be in. "

"I had been looking for a Delta Faucet with "Touch Technology". I visited the "Big Box" stores, and a few on-line stores. One Click Direct had the best prices (even with taxes and shipping included).
I also made an error on my shipping instructions and contacted customer service the next morning. Customer service was very professional, able to handle my error, and I received the product via UPS within the next three days. Excellent service, fast shipping, and a variety of products to choose from. Will definitely reorder and encourage others to order from One Click Direct.

"I am so impressed with the service I have received from One Click Direct. There were numerous updates on my order, the pricing was great along with the quality of the product. Shipment was quick, and the merchandise arrived intact. I also appreciate the fact I can order Made in the U.S.A. products, and the discount I receive from being a facebook friend with One Click is a real perk. A real first was the letter I received from the CEO thanking me for my purchase. Unbelievable in today's world when you can hardly find a clerk in a store to help you.
