"Same story as the others - fell out the truck... They told me they will refund the money right away, nothing happened. No one answers the phone now...
I called my bank and filed the dispute; will never buy anything from these unknown on-line store anymore.

"Don't be fraud-ed. I am still awaiting credit on my Visa
Just called the bank to dispute the charge. Ordered but never got shipped and merchandise fell off the truck.
No one is picking the phone..looks like they went into hiding

"There is nothing that I can say to add to the reviews I just read that DJW703s or Nonamefta just wrote previous to me writing this review. Exact same story. Same 55" TV, same delayed shipping, same "it fell off of the truck!" Same "still waiting for a refund." This company is a 100% rip-off scam. DO NOT be tempted by their pricing. It's just a way to separate you from your money. To reiterate: 100% SCAM!!!"

"Purchased product one line after speaking to customer service on 5/11/. Sale is on tracking but no evidence of shipping. E-mails go unanswered and now nobody has answered telephone for over one week. Call AMEX and filed claim."

"On 4/27/11 I ordered a 55" LED TV. After ordering their tracking site said ships in 14 days. After 14 days, I called them. Once you get customer service they say please hold, you will hold for 10-15 minutes every time. Then they feed you lines about no tracking numbers and will not give couriers names. I was told it would arrive Friday. Friday came and went. They told me they called me, they didnt. I called him out on it. Then he said, well we dropped it, do you still want it? Um NO!!! This is the shadiest place ever, I think they actually never sent the TV. HORRIBLE Customer Service, no matter what price they offer pay the extra 100 or 1000."

"I had a similar experience as another customer here had...

I ordered a plasma lcd tv from them on May 2. They never gave me a tracking number and said it wld be provided once the product ships. They told me that the tv was in stock (still shows in stock - when i pointed out they said well their systems will be updated soon) but was damaged. They were trying to order a new one from Samsung direct but that SAmsung did not get back in touch with them. Now I see why they have all of the negative reviews. If I were you I would stay away from them and buy your tv elsewhere. UTTER NOONSENSE!!!

"I ordered a LCD on April 28th with a 10 - 14 day delivery time for my new home that we were moving into. On May 2nd my card was charges for the sale price. I called them 3 times before I could get a simple order confirmation out of them (very frustrating!). They were not rude but were not polite as a customer service should be. I continued to check the status of my order for the next few days and all it said was “payment successful”. I continued to call them as statues had not changed. On May 12th (14 days later) I checked satatus again, “order shipped”. Now it is May 17th, I called them and their response is you SHOULD receive by end of this week.
They seem to not have answers and simple mask the issues each time some one calls. They have not requested any more money out of me as they have others but they should be :
1. More courtesy to people spend their hard earned money at their store.
2. Have a better level of where their customers PAID for products are.
3. Have a better control of information on the products the represent and sell for major manufactures.

Bottom line is 19 days after ordering, I still don’t have my purchase, they really don’t know where it is, and now they are telling me it could be as much as 3 more days.
And I am in my new home and don’t have a TV to watch as we enjoy our new home.

Pay the extra cash with someone that is willing to help and support the us, the customer as there is may others that willing.

"They advertised a 60" LED LCD SHRAP LC-60LE810UN for $1599, no tax, free shipping, they called and wanted $120 for shipping. I settled to split the difference. TV showed up, looked okay. After further inspection, it looks like a refurb or return unit. It has operation issues and I cannot get these guys to call back. They are bait and switch scam artists, do not purchase anything from them. They use three names since their customer service is so poor.
JJ Centeral, HDCabana, and onestopLCD.com are all the same people, all scammers.

STAY AWAY.

I have filled a complaint and disputed their charges with AMEX.

"During order placement I specifically asked not to call me to asked for more money because shipping was free. So what do they do? They say my CC was declined and cancelled the order. Useless BS as expected.
* I just realized "OneStopLCD.com" & "JJ Central" & "hdcabana.com" is the same person!
* Order was finally processed and received undamaged on Jan 14. TV is new as listed packed securely.

"I ordered a 52" Sharp TV from OneStopLCD.com since they offered the best deal I could find on the Internet. A day or two after I placed the order, I received a call from a customer service reprsentative who offered me to buy a newer and better Sharp 52" model for just slightly more so I decided to go with this second offer. The TV arrived promptly and is working great. Couldn't be happier with my choice. "
