"I ordered two like product from OneStopBuy, but the item that was shipped did not match the online description. I wrote to the company three times about the error, but I never heard from them. The company did, however, go online and change the advertisement to match the product that they shipped. I would have liked acknowledgement that they received my inquires and that they erred in advertisement and shipment. This turned my rating sour, and I do not consider this company to be ethical, honest, and dependable. And now I am stuck with products that I can't use because the company misadvertised. What is worse ... the OneStopBuy customer service didn't respond."

"The true test of a retailer and their customer service is not when things go according to plan, but when things go wrong. We ordered leviton audio products from onestopbuy.com and they had the items drop shipped from western region leviton warehouse.
We received them days later, the packing list correctly reflected the number of items we ordered, but the correct number was not picked and packed, we were 4 units short! First we called leviton directly and they asked us to fax a copy of the packing list, which we did. Later that day we called back to check on status and the woman leviton agent indicated they could not help us since we were not "their customer", we would have to go back thru the reseller onestopbuy.com. I immediately called onestopbuy and spoke to steve, he indicated sometimes individual boxes in levitons shrink wrapped shipments come loose and show up a few days later, so we waited a couple of days, still no shipment. When we called steve back to tell him, he immediately ordered 4 more units from leviton.
The leviton packing mistake had nothing to do with onestopbuy, they rectified the problem promptly and reasonably, and I applaud the drop ship, had it worked properly it gets you the parts quicker. Leviton however gets poor marks in my book. Since I am not "Their customer" I will choose another mfg next time."
