Three days later, an email was sent saying that there was an issue and we needed to call to confirm credit card information and that my order was on hold. When we called them, we confirmed all of our information and then they told us that they were now out of stock of one of the items that we had ordered. Now, days before Christmas, I do not have the gift that I need for my pollyanna and the item that they offered as a replacement may or may not match the rest of the items ordered. They also would not give it to me for the same price as the original one, so I ended up $20 over my pollyanna limit."
