Being that this is a highly popular phone (retails for $500 at Verizon), I expected to receive just the phone and nothing else for the price I paid (around $300). "I bought a Nokia 2630 phone with a car kit. While buying the seller advised me to buy a phone produced in Europe that is more reliable. I paid more for money. Both products come in packages open. The phone came with no operating instructions in packaging that Chinese lettering on it! When we called the seller claimed that the components are manufactured in China but the assembly is in Romania. The phone has a sticker - made in Romania but anyone can paste stickers. When I called to complain I responded harshly insolently. At first, he demanded a return of 15 percent for the cancellation of the deal. Amy complain about after he agreed to give me back the 60 dollars paid for a European. this store is just bate and switch "

"The actual order was from Supreme Wireless I guess onsalecell has several other names. The order arrived by UPS and it took about a week. When I tried to activate it, Verizon told me I couldn't do so because the Prior owner (my phone was pre-owned) had reported this phone "lost or stolen". They said there was nothing they could do. I contacted OnSaleCell and by the next morning OnSaleCell had contacted me and was workign on the problem. The OnSaleCell person (Lisa) really was on the ball with Verizon and me and waited on hold for a long time with me... until Verizon activated the phone. All Along she was willing to send me a new phone if we couldn't get it resolved and also apologetic the whole time. It really helped to put my mind at rest. I will purchase from them again.

"I ordered a digital camera last week and paid for the priority 2-3 day shipping. It's been a week and nothing. I emailed them and they emailed me right back saying it's on backorder. I was very careful in reading their website to verify it was in-stock as a lot of places advertise low prices for products they don't even have. This turns out to be just another one of those. The lady on the phone was very nice claimed to try to contact me to let me know it was on backorder, but they never did. She refunded my money."
"I was surprised at the customer service this company gave after I had purchased the phone. I had received the phone and I did not know where the SIM card went so I called them. They helped me find the SIM card slot. I don't know of many companies that would provide this kind of customer service for an issue that really had nothing to do with them. So all in all I am one happy customer and I will be buying a bluetooth headset from them soon. "
