"Terrible customer service, or should I say, lack of customer service all together. Calling their support number leaves you waiting for the mailbox which has been full for the last 3 weeks. Company also fails to reply to support requests submitted online.

I have ordered three items (2 routers and one Samsung 2443BW), both of the routers showed up very quickly, but the LCD hasn't been delivered. It's been a month since the order was placed.

Save yourself the hassle, avoid onhop.ca if you can!!

"i ordered and got everything very quickly, which was great but the big problem was that when i received it, they had shipped me the wrong motherboard which i asked about and sent back (i live in the same city) lol anyway they got it the following monday, no information still pending. i sent an email back to there office manager, nothing back so i used their support msg thing, no reply which makes me think this is a one guy op and i still have yet to get a response to anything i have sent. it should have been processed the day or following day it was received by them to ship me the right motherboard on my order...."

"Terrible customer experience
they split my shipment but said they shipped everything and everything was delievered, it wasn't!
when I tried to contact them, voicemail was full for 1 week, no chance to leave messsages, left emails to customer service and they responded 7 days later!
they then told me, "what do you mean, you recieved everything"
I tried to escalate and get answers from management, NOTHING.

"I ordered the ASPIRE EASYSTORE H340 HOME SER with a 1 TB HD on Sunday night. To save, I selected the lowest shipping cost because it was not urgent. Two days later (Tuesday) the package was delivered to my door. I was so impressed.

The packing was excellent. I believe the package could have been dropped from the second floor on the sidewalk without any damage to the hardware.

Next time I have to order something by mail, I will look at OnHop.

"I ordered a new computer from these guys because they had the cheapest price for the model I was looking for. I placed the order at 7pm on a monday night and recieved the package on wednesday morning (with normal ground shipping). Excellent prices and excellent shipping....no complaints."

"I made an order, and it wasn't processed for some reason. After a few phone calls, I found out the order wasn't complete, but the price of the product had gone down. Considering I ordered three of them, that price reduction was substantial.

I asked the sales person to cancel the order and create a new order reflecting the new price. The sales person agreed with no question.

The next day my order was shipped with the old prices intact. A few days later, I was looking into the problem and the prices went down even more!

The sales person refused to honor his promise (creating a new order) and made an excuse about it being difficult to run a business. I know, I run a business too. If that's the case, then at least have some integrity and not make the promise in the first place.

Lastly, the packaging was terrible. I ordered three HD's. Two of them were secure and one was lose in the box. These are HD's!! They can't be shipped like that. I could hear something bump around in there before opening it.

The sales person never returned my email.
