"Ordered printer inks 10/9. Credit card was charged immeidately and order status went to 'back-order' without any notification to me. I found this out when I checked order status 10/23 and left an email to advise of ship status within 24 hrs. No response to email, no answer at phone listing and live chat option not available... Emailed to cancel and called credit card company with explanation and recieved credit. Will now order inks from reputable source. Avoid this outfit!!!"
