"Omnipro has some great prices, but in the several months I've been dealing with them, it is now clear to me that there is a huge trade-off with quality of service. I've never had an order arrive on-time (a couple have arrived 2-3 weeks late), have received the wrong parts (with the correct ones clearly printed on the invoice I received), and had "in stock" items delayed due to being out of stock. I'm not one to complain for the most part, but this is ridiculous. I feel like I'm dealing with a couple 18-year-old kids, not professionals."

"I order ink from these guys all the time. They have great service and prices and ship really quick. My order is usually in within a week (last order ordered may 31st, shipped June second, in on the 6th) except for 1 time last year when they took nearly 3 weeks as they had to evacuate for 2 different hurricanes ;) You get a person on the phone quickly and every one of them I have spoken with was really on the ball.

"They sent defective toner cartridge. I have contacted them several times by phone and email. Each time they say they will ship a replacement the next day. They have not yet shipped a replacement and did not answer my last email.
UPDATE: A replacement cartridge arrived today (Mar 8) and works very well. They want to return the old one at my expense and promise they will reimburse me."
"Very disappointed. I chose this company because of its prices, and unfortunately paid for it in terrible service. My order I placed on October 25th didn't arrive until after thanksgiving, over a month later. I had to email them two weeks after the order to find out they didn't have one of my ink cartridges in stock. Not to mention they sent that one "out-of-stock" ink cartridge in the wrapper only, no box. They claimed they would send my order via expedited shipping due to the delay, and they didn't do that either. Pay the extra $5 either in-store or from a reliable retailer."
