"I ordered "Film Developing Tank with 5 Adjustable Reels" via seller's Ebay store. Picture showed a tank very similar to Patterson's 5 reel system. Item arrived quickly and to my dismay I discovered that the whole product was made of very flimsy plastic. The reels were soft and wobbly, the plastic was smoothed out manually with a knife. The reels were wobbling on all 35mm, 127 and 120 adjusted levels. I tried loading 120 film, but reels were way wider, so I could not load.

Basically the seller missed to include in his description that the product actually does not work.

I contacted the seller named Kawal, he told me that the item is as described "new". From his feedback I can see that others got refund, but refused to refund me.

Ebay gave me a full refund. It turns out I am not the first person this company is scamming by selling low quality, knock off, home made, and factory seconds products. Stay away, the trouble you will get with this Indian seller is not worth it."
