"It's a really nice change to rave about a business I took a chance on online! Sometimes I'm afraid the urge only strikes me when I have a bad experience and I want to vent, but in this case I'm writing because I had a great experience with this business and I'm also always so happy when I look down at the rings I bought here.

I can't remember what link I followed to find store, but I was shopping for something to commemorate my daughter's 16th birthday and I had a vague idea of getting something with her birthstone (a ruby). I decided on silver stacking rings, one with a ruby and an inscription inside, 3 just with the silver carvings. They were so beautiful in person, the ruby was a better quality than I was anticipating from the price and the engraving was evenly spaced, aligned and with a nice font.

I had a momentary freak out when I realized stacking rings should be sized up a bit because they sit at a wider spot on your finger, and I emailed the business in full panic mode. Someone named Michele wrote back to me right away and shipped replacement rings immediately. I was so grateful for her fast and cheerful response and fast replacement even though it had been my mistake completely. I ended up buying myself a set of stacking rings (minus the ruby) because they are so beautiful. They have aged really well in the last year, with just the right amount of natural tarnish in the indentations of the design to highlight the patterns, but still look lustrous. I'm going to get a few more small things from there for my sisters for Christmas this year.

Anyway, just wanted to say some nice words for a business that went out of their way to be helpful to me and whose products are great - seems sometimes like there are so few of those, but this one really stands out for me. "
