"***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** - I placed an order on 13th March and up to yesterday this order was saying "awaiting fulfilment" however they had taken the $150 out of my account as soon as I placed the order. I emailed them on 31st March via their contact form on their website (only means of contact available) but they didn't bother to reply. Luckily I had paid by paypal so I contacted them via paypal (having checked their facebook page and seeing comments from others who had similar experiences to me). A couple of hours after contacting via paypal I got an email saying my order status had changed to "refunded". I will wait a couple of days to see if the money is returned to my account "

"Like another customer who reviewed here, I ordered a product from OMB that I was very happy to find since it was out of stock elsewhere. However, unlike the other seller who notified me within 24 hours that it was out of stock, OMB did not notify me AT ALL. 12 DAYS after I placed my order, they simply refunded my money to my Paypal account. This was a product I was counting on being able to use prior to a friend's wedding; now I've had to pay $13 for expedited shipping. Poor service. Very disappointed. "I placed my order for 3 products. their site showed the products as being in stock. these items are difficult to find so I was ecstatic to find that this co had them. Lo & behold I receive an email 2days later...all of the items are out of stock! Their system is not a realtime system & I wasted my time & effort ordering from this company when I could have ordered elsewhere. Never again will they get my business,.

I took another chance and ordered the same items again based on the online inventory. Now 2 of the items are being shipped and they are again out of stock on the item I wanted the most. The good thing is they issue immediate refunds, however, again their online system is not accurate. I will not waste my time again."
"I ordered a straightener from this website, and never received it... I emailed numerous times and was given the run around about them going through some transition and that they wouldn't be able to ship it for another month or something. THEN, I told them I just wanted my money back instead, and they never responded, and never sent me my money back. I don't understand how businesses like this can exist and get away with just stealing peoples money.
No one should shop from this store, because it's a sham."
