This is by far the Worst company Iv ever delt with. Representatives were sarcastic and wouldnt own up to the fact that the screwed me on shipping. It was for a very imp. event for a sick child with cancer...they simply dont care, and now They wont refund me my shipping which was $20.00. I was going to order about 20 to 40 costumes from them for an event function we are having for sick kids...needless to say THAT WONT HAPPEN NOW! The fact that they were making excuses and not listening to me (even tho I have complete proof and had proof from UPS) makes them a very unprofessional, rude, company with horrible customer service....I Will NEVER order fom this company again...I advise you not to either..."
