"I purchased an item through them as an "Amazon seller" under their business name of "Office Supply Factory". The item was damaged, not even sold by them...they purchased the product from Walmart and had Walmart send me the item! Then when I contacted Amazon and them to help me resolve the issue, Amazon said they filed a claim for me and Office Supply Factory immediately sent me hate mail for something I didn't even do. It was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I ended up confirming the claim since they acted so terribly. They have NO IDEA what customer service is. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Their BBB profile shows that they are out of business! SCAM!!!"
"I spent an hour trying to place an order on their website. Thankfully, after reading these reviews, I was unable to complete the order. Half the links don't work and I had to keep starting over. It's too bad though that I wasted more time than the money I would have saved. Great prices but if you can't get the merchandise, what's the use!"
"I placed the order on May 30,2008 and as of today, August 5, 2008, I have not received the order. The amount, including shipping, was $35.53. I have ordered from this merchant in the past without incident; however, the website is gone, no response to emails and phone appears to be disconnected. I contacted my credit card company. They will investigate from here. I am very disappointed and will have to locate the product elsewhere. "
"On May 20, 2008 I placed an order for some labels and a toner cartridge. I recieved am automatic email to confirm the order and on May 23rd mycredit card was billed for $61.50.
It is now June 11th and they have not responded to my email and their phone number is disconnected. If anyone knows how I can get my order shipped or my money back I'd appreciate it."

I have not received my order yet nor any response. I don't understand why any company would not respond to an inquiry ... unless ... they aren't even in business?
