"I should of read the comments before I ordered. The multifold paper towels I ordered were great however, Office Crave does not add the total charged amount until the very end. Charged me an extra 16 bucks for shipping. When I FINALLY received the order a week after original delivery date. I called to cancel the order bc I was getting mixed messages about tracking. I spoke with Cathy (who was VERY unprofessional and hung the phone up). I called back to speak with her Supervisor and Lani stated that Supervisor Shelly was not going to call me back. I asked for Lanis Supervisor and she said that it was Shelly. So when I asked to speak to Shellys supervisor, Lani said she did not have one and that she owned the company. Leaving me to speak to no one. Their customer service is awful and would not recommend them to anyone! I will not be doing any business with them again. "
"Do not purchase from this site. Purchased an expensive Epson printer, which arrived with broken printer parts (no damage to box). Return policy says obtain RMA for returning the product, which they refuse to do until I contact Epson directly for a solution... ridiculous, but attempting to. It's like going into a local store to purchase a coffee maker, finding out the product is broken inside the box, and being sent to the coffeemaker company instead of who I purchased from. Appears to be a disingenuous operation looking to drag-out not accepting my return."

"A few orders placed and received in timely manner, but ran into an issue with my last order placed when I was advised of item unavailability on 1 out of 3 items. I asked to cancel the unavailable item and refund my credit card as they had charged card before shipping ( generally a no-no ). Since June 17th, up until now ( 79 days) still no credit, nor refund and I am told way too often that they have escalated the refund issue with there accounting dept. I have had way too many emails & voicemails going back and forth and now after my last 2 emails, "dead silence, no reply". I have no choice now after 79 days of lip service regarding the escalation of my refund "as they state", so I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and of course, leave this review. Since I can no longer get satisfaction of monies to be returned from Officecrave in a professional & timely manner and due to the total days since my credit card was charged, I have missed any opportunity with my credit card company to gain satisfaction or a claw back of the refund or disputed amount as my time for that has expired."
