"Bought the camera a few days back from observeye website ans was having difficulty connecting it to my wifi. I called the support number and talked to their rep and he fixed the issue for me. The camera is excellent and the night vision is very good. I could now watch my home using my phone from anywhere. The best thing is i get alert when motion is detected by the camera.

"I purchased two Samsung Galaxy s7 actives. The phones looks like they were very abused. They might be ok in the inside but if the inside is like the outside they will not last long at all....I am trying to contact the company to get them returned and get a refund but I'm having a lot of trouble contacting them. "Please think twice before buying a refurbished phone from this company. I purchase my mom a phone and the phone did not work. The phone was cutting on and cut off. I wonder whether this company inspects the phone before sending them out. In my opinion Observeye is sending out phones that don't work. In addition, the back of the phone was also dirty. I wasn't expecting a lot since the phone was only $104.00, but I did expect the phone to work. Lastly, it was inconvenience for me to send the phone back and to wait for a refund.
