This gift was for my daughters first anniversary and she her husband has not received it as of yet. I am very upset and do not remember order or invoice number. "I have a had the same issues with Oaktechnology.net. I placed an order and they charged me for it right away. My order is still in pending status after almost 4 weeks of having been paid for. I emailed the company and they replied immediately saying they would "expedite" the order, and would send me tracking info the following week (I don't consider a week "expedited). After that I have emailed them multiple times with no additional responses. And I have called all the phone numbers on their website, 1 of which went to a different comany (New Egg) and the other was disconnected. I have notified my Bank, Chase and they are disputing the charge and refunding it to me. I hope that everyone else can get some resolution for their issues as well."

"Our son purchased from Mojarra Digital Works DBA "Oaktechnology" an air conditioner online using his debit card . Product was never shipped, but they took his money two days after the order. When he told me the only way to contact this company, which I believe is in Hong Kong, was by email, I saw this as a red flag, and sure enough...They have not responded to any of our emails. It's been ten days since it was ordered and as I just became aware of the problem, we had our son ask his bank to refute the charge but I wonder if there is anyway we can recover our money back since it is from China and we only have an email with no other contact info. Any thoughts?"
