Beware. Dishonestl and deceitful company/ employees.

"Overstock.com is basically a scammer website. I had a bad experience with them in the past. They would send me all different types of coupons but no matter how much the discount was the price of the items I wanted stayed the same. I always found that to be very odd. Now I have learned they bought out bed bath and beyond.... well, they run it like a scammer website as well. I had an issue with accidentally ordering something I didn't mean to add to my cart. I immediately called after the order was placed to cancel that one item with a customer rep. She informed me that they could not cancel my order because it was already preparing for shipping. She recommended I called back when I got the item and said they was no charge for the return since I'm a rewards member. She assured me that I would be refunded my money. So that's what I did. Instead of putting the money back on my credit card, they gave me store credit. They REFUSED to give me my money back and they said it was because I accepted the free return label to send it back. Do not buy them. They are not the same company we all loved anymore. Instead, it is owned and operated by foreigners who lie, cheat, and steal. This is very greedy company with very poor customer service skills. BEWARE!!""

O stars. Horrible.

"0 stars. The worst.

30 days ago I opened up an account and a credit card with overstock to purchase furniture for an apartment I have been renovating with my fiance. I had two large wardrobes, a side cabinet, and a bathroom vanity delivered to my new apartment. Within the last 96 hours, my fiance and I have built all four items and two were actually in pretty poor condition. The side cabinet that I spent over $300 on had wood chipping in all parts of one panel, along with paint missing. One very large wardrobe that I spent over $700 on, had scratches, things and dents in every corner. The other two items were also misshapen, but not as bad so I didn't complain about those two.

I chatted overstock over four times through the website, and it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. When I asked to chat with a supervisor, they gave me the main line and signed off. Pretty terrible and unacceptable.

I called the main line and requested supervisor, but a gentleman said that he could help me. I express my frustration with the chat, also told him about the furniture that arrived in my home, and he said no need to worry, he would take care of me and I would not need to speak to a supervisor.

He was actually very nice and polite, but long story short I spent 45 minutes on the phone with him and the only thing he can offer me was either a full return (which meant that we would have to dismantle all of the furniture, box it in boxes that we no longer had, and ship it back. Mind you, this is after a renovation and big move) or a replacement, (which required the same exact dismantle and ship back).

The items I purchased were actually already reduced in price on the website, so I kindly requested they honor the discounted price plus give a partial refund so that my fiance and I can buy the paint and tools to repair the furniture that already was in our home. Guess what? NOPE! I was initially offered $32 back, which is an absolute joke, and after much back and forth, they offered me about a total of $100 off of my entire purchase.

Please remember that I said I opened up an account and A CREDIT CARD with them, with the intention of furnishing my home. I feel absolutely 100% scammed, and out of $2,000 because of FALSE ADVERTISING AND SERVICE

Do not, I repeat DO NOT buy from this website. Horrible.

"Ordered steaming racks for my restaurant. I researched beforehand and found that O.biz was the lowest price. Got my items very quickly with no problems. I did not have to use the customer service, but I see that it's the same as Overstock.com, so I don't anticipate any issues. "
