"You have to be careful when you order: some of the books they sell are not new. If it says "bukinesticheskoe izdanie", your books might arrive torn and with stains. When this happened to me, I complained. They asked me to upload pictures. When I did, a different customer service representative replied that "bukinesticheskoe izdanie" means that the book is used, and can be in any condition. (I did not see any indication of the condition of the books when I bought them.)"
