"I recently placed an order on Sunday the 8th and promptly received a nice email notificcation of the order. On Tuesday I called to check for status of the order and I was informed the item was backordered for 1-2 weeks. When I found the product elsewhere, I called an cancelled. The following day I found that I was charged for the unshipped item. I called again and they told me they would remove the charge. They were very pleasant each call, however there is no way that they should charge for an unshipped item. They told me that it was "normal" for this business. Also I should have received an email indicating it was backordered. I will not be doing business again with them."
