Their time zone is different than U.S., but their customer service is excellent. If you have any issues, they communicate with you until it is resolved. I will be purchasing another software from them in two weeks - I highly recommend them! I am an honest reviewer, AND THEY DID NOT ASK ME TO WRITE THIS REVIEW."
