"Very poor experience. Purchased Garmin GPS via Pricegrabber and OCIncentives (a Pricegrabber Storefront) on Dec 5 as a Christmas present. After a week, I had not received a shipping confirmation. Contacted the seller by E-mail repeatedly over the next week with no response. After 2 weeks, Pricegrabber sent me an E-mail saying I should have rec'd item and would I rate them. Called their (OCIncentives) phone number and left voice message. No response. Dec 27 (22 days after purchase), finally got someone on the phone. OCIncentives rep said item would NOT ship and they could NOT credit back to my credit card. Suggested I dispute the charge with my credit card company, which I finally had to do. Bad seller! "
