"Very poor communication. Aside from an email labeled as "Customer Receipt" I have heard nothing from this vendor regarding my order status. A check on their web site link for order status yields an error stating the order number (or my verification email address) is invalid. Seems they got both right to send the receipt to me. I am already uncertain about doing business with them in the future since their ability to communicate as a professional business is proving extremely poor."
"I want to thanks the fast services from OCIE.com. The DVD duplcator I purchased was working great for a month. They use really the best component,the Wytrn dvd 3000 controller with 32mb buffer. Unlike I bought from other seller in california who used acard 2032 8mb buffer only, the performance is big different.
