"My name is Frank, I bought a trim motor and it did not fit my motor, it was meant for a different motor, since it has passed 30 days the warehouse won’t take it back. I will never do business with this company ever again. They are scam artist. They sell you a part that doesn’t fit your motor specs, I’ve send out emails to supervisor and the secretary Dali had to tell me the warehouse will not return the item. They should be shut down for doing bad business with customers.. just now I started looking at all the reviews and everyone has an issue with this company. I guess I’m out $169. "Purchased a starter from this company for a customer's car and it came back a week later with an intermittent click and no start. Had to purchase another starter to warranty out for customer but after sending the defective starter back to OBB, they sent it back to me claiming there is nothing wrong with it. What a joke of a company. If you want a part that a company will stand behind, I recommend not purchasing from this place. I am now a owner of a worthless starter and out the money too."

i ordered an alternator from their website. my mechanic could not install the alternator; and said it was defective. The bolt hole was not bored through, so it would not bolt to the car. i notified obb that i would like to return the part. i explained i would not like to be charged a stocking return fee and be out return shipping charges. the part was defective and i had to buy a more expensive part.nthe owner yelled at me on the phone, said he would not help, then hung the phone. I need to be restored in full. I have been majorly inconvenienced with this company!
8-28-2013 a consumer opened a complaint against this company for the same reason. case closed because obb never responded.
