"$4.95 Trial... Yae Right!!!! $210.00 Later I have been scammed. The product itself is fine but the sales tactics of this company are fishy! Go to WalMart and purchase a similar product for $10.00!

The product arrived. $105.00 was taken from my bank account.

i am another victim of this typical internet scam. After the $105.00 charge, I looked up the company and found an "F" from the Better Business Bureau and over 1000 complaints against this company on different sites.

this product is being returned, but I was told they would NOT issue a full refund.

they told me that I should have gone on a link to some other website to read the "fine print" of the offer.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "COMPANY"! I ordered some cologne for my husband for Christmas and when it did not come I called and actually talking to someone. He told me it was on back order and that it would be shipped on a specific date. I waited for it and it still did not come. I called and e-mailed and was never able to talk to anyone. I filed a complaint with the BBB of Southland (Colton, California). They looked into it and were told by Nurtovita that they had credited my account. My account was never credited! The BBB said that the next step would be to take them to small claims court - not gonna happen since my total was 40.67 and the cost of a plane ticket from Minnesota to California just is not worth it. I googled their address (5405 Alton Parkway #5a393, Irvine, CA) and 2 other companies pop up for the exact same address. I would not be surprised if people who are ordering from usgreenenergyinc.com and cbrcommercial.com are getting scammed too! What can be done to stop this guy from stealing people's money?!?!? This "company" does not even deserve one star!"

"Does anyone have a working phone number for them?
Did not receive order, charged my card, can't get a hold of them.
Ordered on 2/15/11, they charged my credit card, I never got the product, I've emailed them twice, no response, it's now 4/14/11. I'll file a dispute with credit card company. The credit card charge said the company was Herbs MD.com, who has an F rating on BBB.org. I could not find NutroVita because they don't say any where on their site where they are located and there is no phone number for them.

"Nutrovita is obviously a scam. I ordered the vitamins and never received an e-mail confirmation and never received the vitamins. They charged my credit card though. If you have been had by them then just notify your credit card and get the charge disputed. I presume they make their money by people being careless and not disputing their credit card charges within the allowable time period."

"NUTRO VITA IS A SCAM. I ORDERED VITAMINS FROM CANADA THEY CHARGE ME 37.50 FOR SHIPPING FOR AN ORDER OF $168.00 THEY NEVER SEND ORDER CONFIRMATION TOOK THE MONEY OUT FROM MY CREDIT CARD SAMEDAY. NO ANSWERS TO ANY INQUIRY WHAT SO EVER. I SPOKE TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES. THEY WANTED ME TO WAIT 30 DAYS AND ON 29TH DAY CANADA POST SHOWED UP WITH A PACKAGE FROM NUTRO VITA WITH MY PARTIAL ORDER(LESS THEN HALF OF WHAT I ORDERED) THEY DIDNOT REFUND THE REMAINDER AND SHIPPING COST ON THE ORDER THAT WAS NOT SHIPPED. "DO NOT ORDER FROM NUTROVITA. They probably are a sham. Their telephone number is out of service. There is no mailing address and they do not respond to emails. I spoke with my credit card company and requested that they not pay the charge. They said I would need to wait 15 days from the date NutroVita charged my account. Yes - they charged my account. but they have already lied to me saying that my order was ready to ship but then I got a email saying that they didnt have my products and it will be shipped "soon"

"At best, NutroVita.com is a poorly-managed company; at worst, it is a scam. After my experience, I strongly believe it is a scam. I gave it one star on everything applicable only because you're required to give it a star, but I do not think they are a valid merchant, and I do not think they ever intend to deliver a product. They have lied to me about the status of my order, provided false information (out-of-service phone number; invalid tracking number), and charged my account AFTER I canceled the order.

I strongly suggest that no one do business with this entity.

Below is the history of my dealings with this company, for anyone who is interested.

Placed order on 1/11/2011. Received no confirmation of order. After a few hours of no confirmation, checked order status. Still "New Order." Sent inquiry through contact form on their "Contact Us" page. Received message that my inquiry had been received, but also received an error message suggesting possibility the order form didn't work properly.

1/12/2011. No confirmation, no reply to inquiry. Order status still "New Order." Sent a second inquiry through the form, then, upon receiving the error again, sent another test message through the form.

1/13/2011. No confirmation, no reply, still "New Order." Found an e-mail address (****@****) and sent e-mail inquiry.

1/14/2011. No confirmation, no reply to e-mail, still "New Order." Sent e-mail stating that if I heard nothing from them within 4 hours, I would cancel the order. 4 hours later, no reply. E-mailed to let them know I was canceling the order.

1/15/2011. Checked e-mail that evening and found a response from NutroVita from 6 a.m. saying my order was in process and asking if I still wanted to cancel. I replied, telling them if they could ship it on Monday (1/17), I would keep the order.

1/17/2011. Response saying it would "hopefully" ship Monday. I replied (in the morning) to tell them that they should make sure it shipped Monday, and give me free upgraded shipping, as well. By mid-afternoon, I had received no reply, and my order was still a "New Order" - it was apparently a lie that it was being processed - so I tried to call the phone number the support person provided in his e-mail. It was out of service. I e-mailed them stating that I was canceling my order and that I would dispute any charges.

1/18/2011. No communication.

1/19/2011. A charge for the amount of the transaction appeared in my account. I disputed the charge and had it credited back to my account. I then e-mailed NutroVita telling them I had disputed the charge.

1/20/2011. I received an e-mail saying that my order had been shipped and requesting that I would "kindly" take back my dispute, offering a "special discount" on my next order. I replied, stating that if I received a product from them, I would return it unopened, and that I would not take back my dispute. However, when I attempted to track the shipment (which they claimed to have sent through USPS, not UPS as their shipping policy states), there was no record of that shipment, although the order status on their website is now "Shipped." I also checked UPS, and the tracking number was in the wrong format, so it WAS supposed to be through USPS. (I just tried to track it again, several hours later, and there is still no record, which implies to me it was never sent.)

No order status update until I inquired and was told that
It was backordered! Then I emailed back to say that I needed
It and if it wasn't available soon, to cancel my order.
I got an email back saying that it shipped and so I asked
For a tracking number and was then told that it's still
Backorder! Of course I felt lied to and cancelled my order!
I ask for a refund because my credit card was already
