"Firstly, I received a product called Calcium Caseinate with not best before label. There were signs that the label had been removed. My mistake was that I had opened the can before I saw that there was not label. As a result now I can't send the product back. The lady from customer service line said that my product is ok because the same type of calcium at their warehouse is still within the best before date. lol
Secondly, my second purchase was a $150 protein which was delivered in a weird way. One day I opened my apartment's door and saw a box with my adress and my name on a label. There was also a label which requires the courier to obtain a signature from the receiver. Nobody knocked my door. The courier just left the box and gone.
The lady from customer service said that Eric signed the consignment for me. Who's Eric? My flatmate is a girl and she's definitely not Eric.
There is 11 more units in my residential block and someone could have taken the box earlier than me and I would not be able to claim the box absence because "Eric" signed the consignment. "
