"Joke, never heard anything from them. no emails cant logg in never recived anything. DO NOT USE THIS SITE JOKE Placed an order, never was charged but never received it. No replies to any of my email's to seller. I would not recommend doing any business with this seller"

"I had a similar experience to the other customer. I placed the order on 8/30/09 for 2 bottles of Shepard's Cream Lotion and waited and waited to receive the order. I emailed them on 9/27/09 and did not receive a response. I never did hear from them or receive the order. Fortunately, my credit card was not charged. Would not suggest buying from this company!"

"I ordered Zicam from this company about a month and a half ago. They acknowledged my order by e-mail but that was the end of it. I've never heard from them since even after e-mailing them 4 times both on their website and through my yahoo.com. I'm sure that the product is not in stock - they did not charge my credit card - but to not ever respond is poor customer service. Plus there is no way I can phone them or write to them as they provide no phone # or address. If I look them up on Google, there is no info on them. I added them here so I could share my experience. I have no idea what they are like if a product is in stock, but I sure won't order again from them."
