The recommended dosage is measure in scoops so i dont know what size scoop i should use or how to convert said scoop size into spoon sizes. If I were to be critical, the quantity of the product leaves something to be desired. You are really paying for about a 30 days supply at best in most cases in spite of what appears to be a deal on the price. But you do get what you pay for and I am still very satisfied even including my small criticism of the quantity.
