"So on the website they have a upgrade for zencart and they also have a module upgrade service. We purchased both items and they started the upgrade. During the upgrade they started to try to add more costs by saying somethings weren't included in the upgrades. They wanted us to pay more money for modules that should of been covered by the module plugin upgrade service pack for $385. We still have a Half working website and they are just playing the blame game and saying that its a problem with the hosting company. Also they didn't bother to upgrade the PHP to the newest version so now my hosting company just discontinued the php version that numinix setup our brand new upgrade to and now the website is down. They now want an additional 2 hours of service which is $ 95 an hour more so now we will be at $925 to upgrade. They just keep trying to add more and more hourly work to make more money. This is not the first time we used them either. We have used them a few times in the past and they did try to do the same thing just not this bad. So beware on having them do work. "
