"Judge yourself whether you want to buy or not. Customer service was not helpful at all. After repeated delays in product delivery and so many calls. I recieved a defective delivery the second time for the same order. 30 minutes after order delivery I called the company to cancel my order and pickup the washer/ defective dryer , i was told that i will be charged a restocking fee . I will have to go through the credit card dispute to get this order resloved."

"Please do not buy from this company.
It will take more than 4 weeks to get your washer , dryer and refrigerator.
Order took 3 weeks, delivery from Tru air took 2 weeks.
Also white glove do not mean installation.
Refrigerator just arrived but door is dented.
Dryer is missing power cord and vent tube."
