"I purchased a specific size microwave oven cabinet on August 8th from these guys. I've been emailing them for 2 weeks and they won't reply. I was charged on August 10th and today is September 23, 2023. I bought it on their website nuformcabinetry.com. They obviously have tons of customers emailing them and they don't answer. I could have built this myself and at least had something for the money. I received the order email, checked with the CC company and the money was successfully charged to my card. Their products aren't cheap, they don't answer and obviously with me. they don't deliver. There is no excuse for this kind of treatment. This review needs to be shown when somebody looks them up instead of the 4 and 5 star reviews. I'm not sure how anybody gets away with this, the item was in stock and is supposedly made there, painted there, etc. I am NOT very happy! UPDATE- Refund filed on 10/20/2023"
