"Handy Backup itself is really the best software for data backup but they have ZERO customer support. Every-time I go through reinstall situation, which is not often I find all my licenses in use and cannot re register them, The nag messages require you to select "trial version" every time you boot up for it to run and the reminders you are running a trial version are quite effectively annoying. It is suggested you can list registration numbers you want to reset and the message after says you will get an email with further instructions on how to change registration but that email NEVER COMES! Same thing happened a year ago and same thing happens today as it did 5 years ago. You can message them from the website as many times as you like, you will NEVER get an answer...so please DO NOT BY THIS SOFTWARE unless your environment is perfect and you are a complete PRO as you will be on your own with every issue!"
