"Bought MB at Pomona swapmeet. Board was defective. Went back the next day and asked for an exchange, they said, "it's against policy" but did it anyway with minimal objection. Invoice is clearly marked: "No Returns, Exchange, or Refunds will be made at the show". The second board died two weeks later. I took it back to the store front in Orange and the technician noticed a superficial scratch where I struck the MB with a screwdriver tip while taking off the heatsink and declined to replace the board on the spot. He offered to RMA the board to ASUS. Technician at Nova Tek informed me that ASUS may charge to replace board due to scratch or may repair/replace board for free. I do not know outcome yet, but have no reason to suspect problems. I have not paid any additional fees since the initial purchase."
