"I bought it from WalMart but did not realize NOVAPCS was a third party shipper. I will never buy anything from NOVAPCS. They sell crap. Sure, it came promptly, but the AGPTEK digital converter stopped working after 4 weeks. It was difficult to return it but WalMart finally accepted it. I reordered the same item because the reviews were good, I figured it was a fluke, and I am a forgiving guy. That was my second mistake. The new one lost all volume within 6 weeks (a TV is not much good without sound). This time, WalMart would not take it back because, now, NOVAPCS is a third party seller that has refused to allow returns via Walmart. Fine, return it directly to NOVAPCS right? Wrong! You will not find any kind of customer service phone number for these fly-by-night con artists. The few phone numbers I found Googling did not work. I was dubbed. Buy from somebody more trustworthy - like a used car salesman. "
