"Was notified my product was on back order was giving three different ship dates never received and now wont respond to email, phone calls or even the BBB do not use this company"

"I ordered a lighting fixture from Nova Lighting Store in June which was shown as IN STOCK on their website. I was notified the next day that it was backordered so I canceled the order. Customer service said they would refund my credit card. No refund has been issued and repeated emails and phone calls to customer service have not been returned. Do not order from this vender if you hope to be able to cancel an order and get a refund. They take the money and run."

"We wanted to purchase a Norwell chandelier and found that Nova Lighting store carried this model at an attractive price, plus an additional discount and no shipping charge. We had a bad experience at another internet lighting store regarding product availability, so we called Nova before ordering the chandelier and they confirmed available inventory. We received the chandelier directly from Norwell about 6 days after placing the order with Nova.

The real test of a reseller is how they respond to problems. We had trouble installing the Norwell chandelier and contacted Nova customer service for help. They called Norwell and had a response back to me within 5 hours. Now that’s great customer service!

Overall we were very pleased with Nova Lighting for their wide selection of lighting fixtures at a good price and with great customer service. We certainly recommend this company.

Took a chance and was very pleased. Ordered on June 16th--fan was shipped with tracking a week later. Arrived in great shape. Company sent email confirmations with both order information and shipping information."
