"HORRIBLE Service!!! Placed an order on line and then called to confirm. Was told item was in stock and would ship within 2 days. Never got a confirmation so I called 3 days later and was told it would go out that day. Called the next day for a tracking number and was told it would be another week. Told them to cancel order and refund my credit card. They agreed. Found the charge on my credit card was never credited. Now I have to hassle with them to get my credit. Horrible experience!!!!"
